The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has secured the recovery of a public road reserve valued at about Sh25 million along Machakos Road, near the University of Nairobi’s Mombasa Campus. The Environment and Land Court ruled that the parcel had been illegally allocated in 1994 and nullified its lease and survey plan. The court also ordered land and survey records corrected, restoring the property to public use.
