President William Ruto says his administration is targeting to issue 500,000 Title Deeds by December this year to address historical land injustices, particularly in the Coast region. Speaking during the issuance of 27,000 title deeds to residents of Kilifi County, the President said the initiative seeks to resolve longstanding land ownership challenges and secure residents’ property rights.
