IEBC Chairperson Erastus Ethekon says access to information is critical in enabling Kenyans to make informed decisions ahead of the 2027 General Election. Speaking on the International Day for Universal Access to Information, Ethekon said elections remain a passionate issue among Kenyans and stressed the need for transparency. He cited Article 35 of the Constitution, which guarantees citizens the right to access information.
