ODPP and Safaricom have launched a strategic collaboration to combat the rising vandalism and theft of telecommunication networks.  According to the ODPP, the joint initiative aims to dismantle organized criminal syndicates by tightening inter-agency coordination and intelligence sharing. Prosecutors emphasize that this public-private partnership will safeguard vital communication services, protect national economic interests and secure severe legal consequences for offenders.
