Public universities face a possible disruption after the Kenya Universities Staff Union (KUSU) issued a seven-day strike notice. Speaking in Kisumu, KUSU Secretary General Charles Mukhwaya faulted university employers for failing to honor negotiation timelines, leaving union members with no option but to push for the implementation of their 2025-2029 CBA.
