A 28-year-old mother from Juja, Mercy, is facing an unimaginable loss after losing her five premature babies shortly after giving birth.
Mercy gave birth to four girls and one boy at approximately 25–26 weeks.
The babies were named Bravin, Bravlyn, Bravelle, Bravina and Braelyn.

Despite receiving specialised care at Kenyatta National Hospital, all five babies sadly passed away.
What should have been a season of joy for Mercy and her husband, Evans Nyamhanga, has instead become a painful farewell to the five children they had hoped to watch grow.
Five babies, five tiny coffins
An emotional memorial service was held at All Saints Cathedral in Nairobi, where family members, friends and well-wishers gathered to mourn the five babies.
The heartbreaking sight of the five tiny coffins being carried together left mourners visibly emotional.
Comedian Eric Omondi was also seen helping to carry the coffins as the family prepared for the final journey.
For Mercy and Evans, each tiny coffin represented a child they had hoped to watch grow, celebrate birthdays with and build a future alongside.
Instead, they were forced to prepare for a farewell barely after their children's lives had begun.
Born together, gone too soon
The five babies were born extremely prematurely at around 25–26 weeks and required specialised medical attention.
Doctors at Kenyatta National Hospital cared for the newborns, but tragically, none of the five survived.
Their lives may have been brief, but their arrival had already left a profound mark on their family.
Bravin, Bravlyn, Bravelle, Bravina and Braelyn will forever be remembered by their parents as five siblings who entered the world together.
Bodies taken to Migori ahead of burial
Following the emotional memorial service in Nairobi, the bodies of the five babies were taken to Migori yesterday ahead of their final farewell.
The family is expected to lay the siblings to rest today in Kuria, Migori County.
The journey marks the final chapter in a devastating ordeal for Mercy and Evans, who must now say goodbye to all five of their children at once.
Kenyans rally around grieving parents
News of the family's loss has sparked an outpouring of condolences, with Kenyans sending messages of comfort and prayers to Mercy, Evans and their loved ones.
Many have been particularly moved by images of the five tiny coffins and by the support extended to the family during the difficult farewell.
For Mercy, the journey to Migori is not the joyous trip a mother might imagine after giving birth. Instead, it is a final journey for five children whose lives were heartbreakingly short.
May Bravin, Bravlyn, Bravelle, Bravina and Braelyn rest in peace. 🕊️💔
