IEBC Commissioner Ann Nderitu has urged persons living with deafness to actively participate in the electoral process, including registering as voters and seeking elective positions. Speaking during Deaf Awareness Week, Nderitu said political participation is a human right protected under the Constitution. She said the Commission is committed to ensuring deaf voters can access electoral information, verify their details and make informed choices.
