The delay by the IEBC to review electoral boundaries is unlikely to have major implications for the 2027 General Election. Constitutional lawyer Ekuru Aukot says questions could have arisen if the commission had already started the review process as the election approaches. For now, he says, the existing boundaries remain in place.
