Two men have been arrested in Busia after police intercepted a vehicle carrying 30 bags of sugar believed to have been smuggled into Kenya. Each bag weighs 50 kilogrammes. Police say the sugar entered the country through an unofficial border route. The duo remains in custody at Busia Police Station as they await arraignment.
