Kisumu County Commissioner Mohammad Mwabudzo says the owner and contractors of a building that collapsed in Mamboleo have questions to answer. Mwabudzo says the National Construction Authority had earlier raised concerns about the building, but construction continued despite the warnings. He says investigations will establish whether the relevant safety and construction requirements were followed.
