Just a few days stand between Nairobi and Peaches & Cream, and with an eclectic lineup of live performers and DJs, September 26 is shaping up to be a Saturday built around music, lifestyle and open-air entertainment.
The inaugural daytime experience will take over Ngong Racecourse & Golf Park from 2 PM, bringing together sounds spanning Afro-R&B, Afro-Pop, Soulful Afro House and more.
Music lovers can expect live performances from Shekhinah, Sun-El Musician, Nikita Kering, Kethan, Bridget Blue, Ochiko, Njerae, Watendawili, Xenia Manasseh, Bune, IV, Darkfruit, Smolls and Sendat.
The event is designed to give guests plenty of reasons to arrive early and stay through sunset, with the programme moving from live performances into Afro-House DJ sets as the afternoon transitions into evening.
Organised by Crispy Life Events, the company behind daytime experiences including Rhythm & Brunch and Millennials Cookout, Peaches & Cream comes as the organisers seek to build on the growing appetite for premium daytime music experiences in Nairobi.
The new concept brings together live music, Afro-House, fashion, food, drinks and an outdoor setting, creating a space where guests can enjoy performances while spending the daywith friends.

At the centre of the experience is a lineup featuring some of Kenya's emerging and established musical talents.
Fans can look forward to live performances from Xenia Manasseh, Nikita Kering, Njerae, Watendawili, Kethan, Bridget Blue and Ochiko, with additional performances from South African acts Shekhinah and Sun-El Musician.
As the afternoon moves into evening, Afro-House DJs IV, Bune, Darkfruit and Smolls will take over the decks, providing the soundtrack as the sun goes down.
The organisers have positioned Peaches & Cream as a daytime experience for millennials and Gen Z audiences who enjoy soulful African sounds, open-air settings and lifestyle experiences built around music and socialising.
Rather than following the traditional concert format, the event is designed around a gradual shift in energy, beginning with live performances during the afternoon before moving into Afro-House sets later in the day.
Speaking about the new concept, Crispy Life Events founder Dickson Matata said the event represents an idea the company has been working towards for several years.
“Peaches & Cream is exactly what we have wanted to build for years — a premium daytime experience centred around Africa’s finest RnB and Pop talent, all under the Nairobi sun.
“Guests get the best of both worlds: incredible live performances during the afternoon and early evening, followed by immersive Afro-House DJ sets as the sun goes down.
“Every detail of the experience has been carefully designed, from the sound and ambience to the seating, food, and drinks. Building on the success of Rhythm & Brunch and Millennials Cookout, we are introducing something Nairobi has not experienced before. This first edition is a statement. Come through and be part of it.”

With the final ticket phase now ongoing, anticipation is building ahead of the September 26 event.
For Nairobi's music and lifestyle crowd, the countdown is now on for a Saturday combining live African music, Afro-House, outdoor entertainment and a sunset setting at Ngong Racecourse & Golf Park.
