Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu has asked about 300 families excluded from the government's Sh2.6 billion Mau Forest evictees compensation programme to follow official channels while authorities review their grievances. Speaking in Narok West, he urged the families, many from Melelo Ward, to remain patient as the National Government addresses concerns over the compensation list. He advised them to work with chiefs and village elders to help verify the information submitted.
