Former Bahati family nanny Irene Nekesa has left her followers excited after unveiling her new home just days after relocating from a bedsitter.

Irene shared a video of the new property on Saturday, September 19, taking her followers around the exterior of the house and expressing her gratitude for what she described as a major blessing from God.
The former nanny appeared emotional as she stood outside the gate of the new home, repeatedly expressing her disbelief at how far she had come.
“Welcome to Irene Nekesa’s new mansion. Wow, I want to open the gate for you all to see the mansion now. I am happy and teary because when God says yes, it is yes,” Irene said.

Irene prays over the new home.

The house has a predominantly grey exterior, with a matching grey gate and a spacious compound.
It also features an exterior balcony leading from the main entrance, with brown tiles adding a contrasting finish.
As she showed off the compound, Irene could barely hide her excitement, describing the new home as a blessing and thanking God for the milestone.
“These are blessings. I am really grateful to God. Look at the way this house is smart. Wow. I also cannot believe,” she said.

The mother of two later knelt outside the gate and prayed over the property, further showing how significant the moment was for her.
“Let me even pray for this mansion while kneeling here,” she said.

Irene already has plans for the compound.

While giving her followers a glimpse of the property, Irene also pointed out an unfinished section of the compound which she hopes could eventually become a parking area.
She joked that she was already thinking about where she would park her cars if God blessed her with them in the future.
“Because if God gives me cars, why should I also say no to that?” she said.
Irene did not show the home’s interior in the video, instead promising to give her followers a closer look in another video.
“So I will show you the interior in another video,” she added.
The home reveal comes after Irene previously shared her struggles following her departure from the Bahati household.
In November 2024, she opened up about moving into a bare single room after leaving her former employers’ home and appealed to well-wishers for assistance as she worked to rebuild her life.
Her latest home reveal marks another chapter in the journey she has been sharing publicly with her followers.
