LSK President Faith Odhiambo has questioned the handling of public funds held outside the Consolidated Fund. Odhiambo was responding to Controller of Budget Margaret Nyakang’o’s interview on Citizen TV. She says keeping public money outside the fund limits oversight by Parliament and the Controller of Budget. Odhiambo says all public revenue should be traceable and subject to proper constitutional oversight.
