President William Ruto has praised GSU officers for their courage and sacrifice in combating terrorism, banditry and crime. Speaking in Embakasi during the passing-out parade, President Ruto highlighted a 36 percent pay rise at the entry-level, while pledging continued government investment in modern equipment, housing, training and overall welfare to improve the lives of police officers.
