Health CS Aden Duale has asked SHA to pay hospitals and clinics on time. Speaking at the KICC during the launch of 2026–2029 SHA contracting cycle known as HAKIKA, Duale instructed officials to settle clean bills quickly and provide clear reasons for any rejected claims. He also directed that price lists and benefit details be attached to all contracts so that healthcare providers know what to expect.
