The Controller of Budget’s revelation that she cannot trace contributions to the SHA and Housing Levy funds has raised concerns over transparency in the management of public funds. Economist Charles Karisa says responsible authorities should clarify to Kenyans how the contributions are being managed and ensure accountability.
