Detectives have arrested two people and recovered over 500 assorted mobile phones and motherboards following a raid on a phone repair shop at Market Plaza in Kisii town. DCI Kisii Central officers, working with Mogo Auto Ltd fraud investigators, arrested the suspects along with the mobile phones, three laptops fitted with hacking tools, several external hard drives and M-KOPA HMD batteries. The two suspects are in custody as detectives finalise the investigation ahead of their arraignment.
