The government says Persons with Disabilities will be prioritised in resource allocation, with measures to ensure they receive the support intended for them. Speaking during a stakeholders’ meeting at the Kenya Institute of Special Education, Head of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Disability Rights Isaac Mwaura said the government is committed to ensuring persons with disabilities are fully accounted for in the distribution and utilisation of resources in Nakuru County and across the country.
