Driver of a matatu that overturned and killed five passengers along Enterprise Road in Nairobi is scheduled to be arraigned to face charges of causing death by dangerous driving. The suspect was arrested in Malindi yesterday after spending nearly two months on the run. His arrest follows a court order issued last week by Milimani Magistrate Paul Mutai requiring police to produce him within 14 days amid public pressure over the delayed action.
