Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi has challenged the judiciary to develop robust legal frameworks addressing transnational recruitment accountability and joint liability. Addressing the Employment and Labour Annual symposium at Strathmore University, Mudavadi emphasized that justice must remain accessible for migrant workers even when grievances occur outside the country, calling for closer scrutiny of employment contracts to uncover hidden coercion and structural inequality.
