Gospel musician Guardian Angel has expanded his ventures into real estate with a unique proposition for low-income earners in Nairobi.

The artist built 15 single-room corrugated iron sheet units, which he humorously named the 'Silver Apartments'. Located in Nairobi, the units rent for Ksh. 5,000 per month.

To help incoming families stretch their budgets further, the musician cultivated an active produce garden directly alongside the accommodation.

Guardian Angel, known for hit gospel tracks and his high-profile marriage to Esther Musila, has built a reputation for being candid about his life and choices.
In footage circulating online, the performer crouches beside lush crop beds to gather leafy greens into a mesh bag, highlighting the complimentary food supply awaiting future occupants.
He showcased harvests of spinach, African nightshade (managu), kale (sukuma wiki), and ripe tomatoes, reassuring residents that their vegetable supply would be completely free of charge.
"There is nothing better than having a landlord who gives you the motivation to go out and look for money."
The singer noted that supplying free groceries allows households to redirect hard-earned cash toward other pressing needs rather than basic sustenance. By removing a major routine expense, he urged residents to build up their savings while relying on the compound’s farm for daily sustenance.

"You pay rent, but you eat for free, so you get the energy to work and find my money. Where would you even move to after leaving free food? Unahama ukienda?"
