Job advertThree Kenyan state corporations have announced senior vacancies, with applicants required to submit their applications by October 5.
The Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA), National Crime Research Centre (NCRC) and National Heroes Council (TNHC) are seeking professionals for executive and management positions.
AFA is recruiting a director, technical directorate, Grade AFA 2, on a five-year contract renewable once.
The position, under Job Reference AFA/DTD/09/2026, requires interested candidates to submit their profiles online through the authority’s careers portal by 12 pm on October 5.
NCRC has re-advertised the position of Director/Chief Executive Officer, under Reference NCRC/1/9/2026.
Applicants for the position must submit their applications through the centre’s recruitment portal by 5pm East African Time on Monday, October 5.
NCRC said it will not accept hard-copy applications. Applicants who obtained their degrees from foreign universities are also required to have them equated by the Commission for University Education.
At TNHC, the advertised position is Assistant Director/Manager, Internal Audit, Grade HC 3, under Reference HC/01/2026.
The position is a replacement vacancy with applicants required to complete a mandatory bio-data form available on the council’s website and email their cover letter, curriculum vitae and certificates to [email protected] by October 5.
The three institutions said they are equal opportunity employers and encouraged applications from women, persons with disabilities, members of marginalised groups and minorities.
They also warned applicants against canvassing, stressing that candidates should not seek to influence the recruitment process.
The organisations further said they do not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process and cautioned applicants against falling victim to fraudsters.
