The Professional Criminologists Association of Kenya (PCAK) in partnership with National Police Service, IPOA, National Youth Council and other groups have called for stronger crime-prevention measures, urging the government and citizens to work together to build safer communities. Speaking in Nairobi during a peace walk, the groups warned that young people are increasingly being drawn into crime and exploited by politicians, stressing that peace and prevention must begin with young people.
