Digital devices and new curricula matter but teachers remain the heart of the classroom experience. Speaking at Kisii University during the inaugural Gusii Education Stakeholders Convention, Education CS Julius Ogamba emphasized that modern educators must evolve into facilitators, mentors and lifelong learners. To support CBE and professional growth, Ogamba stated that government will continue to prioritize teacher welfare, mental health and improved working conditions to drive true transformation.
