Nollywood actress and social media influencer Nimmy Ferrari has died at the age of 26, just days before she was expected to celebrate the completion of her new home.

Ferrari, whose real name was Adesanya Nimota Omotolani, had recently completed construction of the property in Sagamu, Ogun State, and was reportedly preparing to host a housewarming ceremony there.

News of Ferrari’s death emerged on Sunday, September 6, after fellow actress Oluwakemisola Apesin, popularly known as Kemity, shared an emotional tribute on Instagram.

Kemity appeared to be among those who had gathered for the funeral before posting a message mourning her colleague.
“Everybody is back home; we left only you, IDERA Nimmy Ferrari. It is well.”
Ferrari’s immediate younger sister later confirmed her death, following uncertainty caused by reports circulating on social media.
The actress had been building a following through her work in Nollywood and as a social media personality.
