Actress Wanjiku Stephens has left fans amused after sharing what can only be described as a recruitment exercise for men hoping to win a spot in her heart.

The actress shared a detailed “Boyfriend Application Form — 2026”, complete with sections designed to test a potential partner’s relationship history, emotional intelligence, communication skills and, perhaps most importantly, his red flags.
Rather than the usual “tell me about yourself” approach, Wanjiku’s playful application form takes dating to an entirely different level.

‘Department: My Heart & Happiness’

At the top of the form, applicants are informed that the position being advertised is “My Boyfriend”, while the department is hilariously listed as “My Heart & Happiness.”
The contract is described as “Long-term, renewable indefinitely,” while the application fee is listed as “R0.00” — although wasting her time would apparently result in immediate rejection.
The first section asks applicants to provide basic personal information, including their age, occupation, relationship status, and whether they have children. Men are also required to disclose whether they currently have a girlfriend, wife, or situationship.

Ex-Lovers Under Investigation

Things get more serious in the relationship history section.
Applicants are asked how long their last relationship lasted, why it ended, and whether they are completely over their ex.
One question even asks whether they still check their ex’s page, while another demands an explanation if they continue communicating with them.
The form also asks: “What did your previous relationship teach you?” — seemingly testing whether applicants have actually learned from their past experiences.

Emotional Intelligence Takes Centre Stage

Wanjiku also appears interested in how potential partners handle conflict.
The form asks what a man normally does when angry with his partner and how he would respond if his girlfriend told him that something he did hurt her.
There is even a communication test, asking how often he likes communicating with his partner and whether he is comfortable with phone calls and video calls.

The final section, “Red Flag Disclosure,” demands honesty on cheating, entertaining other women, flirting, and anger issues. Applicants are also asked to reveal their “biggest red flag.”
While clearly presented for laughs, Wanjiku’s creative form has highlighted some very real questions people often overlook when entering relationships.
For men hoping to apply, one thing is certain: this is one job interview where simply having a good CV may not be enough.
