Comedian and activist Eric Omondi has been arrested in Nairobi’s CBD while collecting signatures for his Punguza Mzigo campaign. The initiative seeks a referendum to reduce Kenya's 47 counties to eight and abolish some positions like Senator and Woman Representative. Here is Omondi speaking before his arrest.
