A key suspect linked to the abduction and alleged sexual assault of two minors in Kiembeni, Mombasa County, is scheduled to be arraigned in court today. Caleb Ngwena was arrested by Kisauni Sub-County detectives following a successful operation that led to the rescue of the minors. Ngwena faces multiple charges, including defilement, kidnapping and child trafficking.
