Matatu Owners Association has blamed corruption for the continued conversion of private vehicles, especially Probox cars, into public service vehicles across the country. Chairperson Albert Karakacha says the Ministry of Transport should stop politicizing the issue and crack down on operators who are not licensed to operate as PSVs.
