Airport operations are expected to face disruption for a second day after aviation workers downed their tools at three major employers. Kenya Aviation Workers Union Secretary General Moss Ndiema said employees at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Kenya Airports Authority and Jambojet will remain on strike until their grievances are resolved. The strike follows the collapse of a July 27 framework, which sought to address among others: hostile work environments, delayed salary increments and unpaid arrears.
