The Parents Association has urged Boards of Management, school heads and the Ministry of Education to put measures in place to address emergencies during the anticipated El Niño rains. Parents Association Chair Silas Obuhatsa says the measures will help prevent and mitigate the effects of the rains, while warning school administrators against sending learners home as the third term begins, particularly Form Four and Grade Ten learners.
