As the National Lottery Board prepares to launch the country's first national lottery, Chairperson Farida Karoney has assured the public that all proceeds will be directed toward critical sectors including economic empowerment programs for youth, athletic development and promotion of arts. Karoney also emphasized that the funds will provide rapid financial backing for humanitarian emergencies, community infrastructure projects and transformative national initiatives that might otherwise face budget delays.
