SRC Chairperson Sammy Chepkwony has challenged public institutions to emulate Kenya Power by introducing performance management contracts for staff. Speaking during the launch of Kenya Power’s exercise, Chepkwony said including unionised employees in performance contracts would strengthen accountability, improve productivity and foster a performance-driven culture across the public service.
