The Council of Governors has raised concern over increasing cases of severe malnutrition among newborns, calling for enhanced prenatal care and better maternal nutrition. CoG Health Committee Chair Abdullswamad Nassir says stronger collaboration among relevant stakeholders is needed to address the problem and improve maternal and newborn health outcomes.
