Pastor Victor Kanyari has opened up about the attention he receives from women, claiming his social media direct messages are regularly filled with romantic messages.
The Salvation Healing Ministry founder made the remarks during a recent church service, where he spoke candidly about his personal life and the attention he receives from women.
According to Kanyari, some women have gone beyond sending him messages directly and have contacted people close to him in an attempt to get connected to the preacher.
“Daddy, I love you. I’ll take care of you. My DMs are full.”

The preacher claimed that some women even approach his associates, including people he referred to by nicknames, hoping they could help establish contact with him.
Instead, Kanyari joked that some of the women could be looking to cause him stress rather than seeking a genuine relationship.
“They just want to come and finish me. They want to kill me. They want to finish me with depression.”
His comments drew attention online, with social media users debating whether the preacher should consider dating again or continue focusing on his family and ministry.

Kanyari has remained single following the end of his relationship with gospel singer Betty Bayo.

The former couple had two children, Sky and Danivictor, and continued to share parenting responsibilities after their separation. Kanyari has previously spoken about the importance of protecting his children's wellbeing following their mother's death.
Bayo died in November 2025 after receiving treatment for acute myeloid leukaemia at Kenyatta National Hospital. Kanyari was among the family members who mourned her publicly.
The couple's relationship had ended years earlier after public controversy surrounding Kanyari's ministry. Bayo had distanced herself from the controversy, and the two subsequently went their separate ways.
His Children Remain a Priority
Since Bayo's death, Kanyari has also been involved in a public dispute concerning the care and custody of their children.
The pastor has previously said that his children remain central to his decisions and that he wants them to have stability as they adjust to life without their mother.
