Kenya must put development ahead of politics if it is to achieve Singapore’s level of progress, governance expert Javas Bigambo has said.Bigambo says Kenyans have for years placed elections and political competition above development, a trend he describes as one of the country’s greatest setbacks. He says citizens must determine the kind of country they want to build instead of allowing politicians to dictate the national agenda.
