Gender CS Hannah Cheptumo has urged Kenyans to embrace women leadership and elect more women to Parliament and county assemblies in the 2027 General Elections to help achieve the elusive two-thirds gender rule. Speaking in Kabartonjo, Baringo North, Cheptumo said the country could only meet the constitutional threshold if voters deliberately increased the number of women elected to political positions.
