Kenya may take 30 to 40 years to reach Singapore's development level due to a wide income gap. However, Duke University Professor Hiroyuki Hino notes that Kenyans can overcome this gap driven by their personal qualities and resilience. Professor Hino was speaking at the KICC during the launch of the Beyond Vision 2030 National Conversation.
