As Kenya approaches the 2030 horizon, the country faces a transformed global economy, intense regional competition, and a rapidly growing urban population. Speaking at KICC during the launch of the Beyond Vision 2030 National Conversation, Kisumu Governor Anyang' Nyong'o notes that without a clear framework beyond 2030, our planning risks losing direction. Nyong'o insists that this vital national conversation ensures our long-term development goals remain insulated from disruptive electoral cycles and political transitions.
