A meeting between the Council of Governor’s Health Committee and the Commission on Revenue Allocation is set for today to address the crisis surrounding the employment status of UHC workers. Health CS Aden Duale says the striking workers are already under Permanent and Pensionable terms, with counties required to transition them from contracts to permanent terms. The meeting is expected to seek a lasting solution to the dispute.
