It is unlikely that CS Wycliffe Oparanya will support Senator Edwin Sifuna’s presidential bid while he remains in government. Political analyst Oscar Obonyo says Sifuna may, however, be seeking Oparanya’s support to ease his political activities in the Western region, given Oparanya’s influence and role as his political mentor.
