Kenyatta National Hospital has revealed that a bullet recovered from a patient treated for a shooting in Gikomba days earlier was handled strictly in accordance with established medical procedures. This is after the family of 16-year-old Abdala Lihan alleged that the bullet removed from his leg has mysteriously disappeared. However, in a statement KNH refuted claims that the bullet had gone missing, saying it was retained and preserved as part of the relevant medical and evidentiary records.
