Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has urged the government to fast-track and complete the Koru-Soin Dam in Kisumu County to provide water for irrigation and address water-related challenges local residents. Speaking during the burial of Elvis Otieno, the lawmaker argued that the dam will help curb floods that have been terrorizing residents in Awasi and other nearby areas.
