President William Ruto has directed the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior and the Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSRA) to ensure all private security companies implement the 15 per cent minimum wage increase announced on Labour Day and comply with Kenya's minimum wage laws. Speaking at State House, President Ruto also urged employers to remit their workers' NSSF and SHA contributions, saying all private security officers deserve fair pay and full statutory benefits.
