Africa must build confidence in its own capabilities to execute large-scale projects. Speaking in Dar es Salaam, where he represented President Ruto at the Infra for Africa Forum 2026, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki emphasized that consistency, stability and regional cooperation are vital enablers. Kindiki argued that while Africa possesses abundant natural resources, it must overcome political and policy disruptions to achieve long-term economic transformation.
