ODM Party leader Oburu Oginga has said the party will not field a presidential candidate in the 2027 General Election and will instead support President William Ruto’s re-election bid. Speaking at State House earlier today, Oburu said all other elective positions, including the deputy president slot, would be negotiated and agreed upon within the coalition. He added that he is qualified for the running mate position should the opportunity arise.
