KNUT is urging KNEC to clear outstanding payments for teachers who supervised last year’s KCSE and KJSEA examinations. Deputy Secretary General Hesbon Otieno says the government’s explanation of a system failure does not hold, noting the delay has lasted almost a year. Otieno however, says teachers won’t be stopped from participating in this years examination exercise
