Mukurweini MP John Kaguchia has said he is yet to be arraigned more than 24 hours after his arrest and has not been informed of any charges against him, despite being processed by DCI officers for a court appearance this morning. In a statement, Kaguchia said his legal team had obtained court orders directing authorities to disclose his place of detention, grant lawyers access to him, and ensure due process is followed. He said he is awaiting compliance with the orders and hopes to be presented before a competent court without further delay.
