Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa has urged Cooperatives CS Wycliffe Oparanya to prioritize uniting Western people in his quest to become President William Ruto's running mate in the 2027 general elections. Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony for Shainda Level 4 Hospital, Barasa also faulted Oparanya over several uncompleted projects left behind during his tenure as governor.
